At The Buying Club, we take every enquiry seriously. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can – that means the same working day, usually within the hour. If you email us or leave a message during the evening or at the weekend, then we’ll get back to you on the next available working day.
We don’t mind how you want to get in touch with us – email, phone, live chat, carrier pigeon or using the contact form below. The more information you can give us, the better we can understand your situation before we speak to you. That said, a simple request for a phone call will suffice and we’ll get right back to you.
We’re happy to talk through any aspect of our service, right through to giving you a breakdown of how much you can save – it’s all done on a no-obligation basis. Even after you sign up, we won’t charge you a penny directly – in that sense, the service we offer is totally free.
We’re not into high-pressure sales techniques – we think the benefits of our service speak for themselves. We save the tough talk for negotiating with our suppliers. If you choose not to sign-up we won’t bombard you with calls or emails (unless you give us express permission to keep you on our mailing list.)
